This webinar will provide an overview and refresher of the Quality and Improvement Outcomes Framework.

• The webinar will cover many of the aspects of the Introduction webinar provided in 2019.
• Including an outline of the self-evaluation and validation process for the Baseline.
• And details of timelines and evidence requirements as a result of COVID-19.

The webinar will not be going into detail about each of the outcomes and the evidence required for these.

The webinar is aimed at Knowledge and Library Service Managers or their representative.

The format of the session will be a presentation followed by an opportunity to ask questions.

The presentation will be recorded and be available on the blog for those who cannot attend.
