Little did I realise, in 1985, when I was serving tea and coffee in the Senior Common Room at Bath University, to the Librarian at the time, that I would end up in NHS libraries. I was worried that I was too old to change jobs but I have survived and am sure will enjoy the challenge of a mental health trust , learning all the new acronyms and abbreviations…as they say – you are never to old to learn.
