Following the retirement of Susan Bell in summer 2019, Ailsa Haigh has recently been promoted to the role of Senior Library Assistant for e-resources. The CNTW team bid farewell to Marion Bilton, based at Hopewood Park (formerly Cherry Knowle) in Ryhope, at the end of January 2020. Marion is a long serving library assistant within the team and is looking forward to her retirement. The library at Hopweood Park will be operating reduced hours from mid January.
